The Dwyer PrecisionPro Series 16G, 8G, and 4G Loop Controllers offer advanced monitoring and control capabilities for temperature and process conditions across industrial and commercial applications. The controllers also feature constant, sloped, program (ramp/soak), or remote set-point control options, enabling customized control profiles to meet specific operational needs.
All models come standard with RS-485 communication using the Modbus® protocol, facilitating easy configuration via a PC or integration with PLCs and data control systems. This connectivity streamlines system setup and enables centralized monitoring and control. Additionally, the controllers include two primary control outputs and two secondary/alarm relay outputs, providing comprehensive control and safety features.
